
Bake:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place cod in a lightly oiled baking dish and bake uncovered for 12–14 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Grill:
Wrap cod in foil and grill over medium heat for 10–12 minutes, turning once halfway through.
Skillet:
Heat a nonstick or cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Add a drizzle of oil and cook cod for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden and just cooked through. Optional: deglaze the pan with a splash of coconut milk or a squeeze of lime at the end.
Air Fryer:
Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Place in the basket and cook for 10–11 minutes, checking for doneness near the center.
Serve with:
Coconut rice and mango salsa.
