
Bake:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place halibut on a parchment-lined baking sheet with the lemon butter on top. Bake for 15–18 minutes, depending on thickness, until the fish is cooked through.
Grill:
Preheat grill to medium heat. Place halibut on clean, oiled grates or on foil. Melt the lemon butter in a small pan or microwave, then baste over the fish while grilling. Cook for 10–12 minutes with the lid closed, until cooked through.
Skillet:
Heat a nonstick or lightly oiled skillet over medium heat. Place halibut in the pan with the lemon butter on top. Cook for 3–4 minutes, then flip and cook an additional 3–4 minutes, depending on thickness, until fully cooked. As the butter melts, spoon it over the fish while it cooks.
Air Fryer:
Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Place halibut in the basket with the lemon butter on top. Cook for 8–10 minutes, or until opaque and cooked through.
Serving Suggestion:
Herbed quinoa or roasted root vegetables.
