Maryland Style Crab Cake Burger

Maryland Crab Cake Sandwich CM Special

Serves 2

2 Maryland Style Crab Cakes
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tomato; 4-6 slices
butter lettuce
1/2 lb coleslaw (find this inside our deli case!)
2 Brioche Buns
3 Tbsp. Santa Monica Seafood Dill Sauce


1. Heat skillet on medium to high heat with olive oil until smoking hot and then carefully place crab cakes. Cook about 3 minutes per side or until golden brown.

2. Toast brioche buns and then spread the dill sauce on each half. Top with coleslaw, crab cake, lettuce and tomatoes and enjoy with a side of fries, salad or chips.
