2 ea. Maryland-Style Crab Cakes, defrosted if frozen
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Butter
1 Tomato; 4 slices
1/2 lb Coleslaw (find this inside our deli case!)
2 ea. Brioche Buns
2 Tbsp. Santa Monica Seafood Dill Sauce
- Heat a non-stick skillet on medium to low heat and melt butter until it’s slightly golden brown. Add brioche buns face down and let them toast for about 2 minutes. Remove from the skillet.
- Using the same skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and carefully place crab cakes. Let them cook for about 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
- Assemble your crab cake burger by adding coleslaw at the base of your bun followed by crab cake, lettuce, tomato slices, and dill sauce. Enjoy with a side of fries, salad, or chips!
