Miso Soy Salmon Fillet

Bake:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place salmon on a lined baking sheet and bake for 14–16 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Grill:
Grill over medium heat for 10–12 minutes. Flip once halfway through.

Skillet:
Heat a nonstick or cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Add a touch of oil and cook salmon skin-side down for 4–5 minutes. Flip and cook another 3–4 minutes until just cooked through.

Air Fryer:
Preheat air fryer to 390°F. Place salmon in the basket (skin-side down, if applicable) and cook for 10–12 minutes, checking for doneness at the thickest part.

Serving Suggestion:
Steamed jasmine rice or sautéed bok choy.
