
Bake:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place seasoned salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon is opaque and flakes easily.
Grill:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Oil the grates or place salmon wrapped in foil. Grill for 10–12 minutes, turning once if not using foil.
Skillet:
Heat a nonstick or cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Add a small amount of oil and cook salmon skin-side down (if applicable) for 4–5 minutes. Flip and cook another 3–4 minutes, depending on thickness. Remove from the heat.
Air Fryer:
Preheat air fryer to 390°F. Place seasoned salmon in the basket and cook for 10–12 minutes, depending on thickness.
