1/2 cup of Bay Shrimp
1 ripened avocado, halved
1 tsp cilantro, roughly chopped
2 Tbsp. SMS Louie Dressing
salt and pepper to taste
1. Core out half the avocado leaving half an inch remaining in the skin. Cube and toss with salt and pepper. Gently mix in Louie Dressing followed by the Bay Shrimp.
2. Scoop out and fill into remaining avocado shell. Top with cilantro and enjoy!
