1/2 cup of Bay Shrimp
1 ripened avocado, halved
1 tsp cilantro, roughly chopped
2 Tbsp. SMS Louie Dressing
salt and pepper to taste
- Core out half the avocado leaving half an inch remaining in the skin. Cube and toss with salt and pepper. Gently mix in Louie Dressing followed by the Bay Shrimp.
- Scoop out and fill into remaining avocado shell. Top with cilantro and enjoy!
