1 lb. Bay Shrimp, cooked
1/3 cup Celery, small dices
1 Tbsp. Red Onions, finely chopped
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
1 lemon, juiced and zested
1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and zest, and Old Bay Seasoning. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and black pepper to your liking and mix.
- Add cooked Bay Shrimp, celery, and red onions. Combine everything and then chill it in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Enjoy this shrimp salad over a bed of baby arugula for a light and delicious lunch, or scoop it into a butter toasted hot dog brioche bun or flaky croissant for an ultimate roll or sandwich!
