Bay Shrimp Salad

Serves 2


1 lb. Bay Shrimp, cooked 
1/3 cup Celery, small dices 
1 Tbsp. Red Onions, finely chopped 
1/3 cup Mayonnaise  
1 lemon, juiced and zested 
1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning 
Salt and Black Pepper, to taste


  1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and zest, and Old Bay Seasoning. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and black pepper to your liking and mix. 
  2. Add cooked Bay Shrimp, celery, and red onions. Combine everything and then chill it in the refrigerator until ready to serve.   
  3. Enjoy this shrimp salad over a bed of baby arugula for a light and delicious lunch, or scoop it into a butter toasted hot dog brioche bun or flaky croissant for an ultimate roll or sandwich!
