1.5 pound Bay Scallops
4oz Santa Monica Seafood Garlic and Herb Butter (find this inside our refrigerated aisle!)
In a skillet on medium heat, add garlic and herb butter. Once butter is melted, add Bay Scallops and cook for about 6-8 minutes until done. Add cooked Bay Scallops on top of pastas, salad, risotto or rice pilaf.
