1.5 lbs Razor Clams; cleaned
1 tbsp. olive oil
8 oz. Santa Monica Seafood Garlic & Herb Butter
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
1 ea lemon, wedge
Salt and black pepper, to taste
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and then the Razor Clams. Cover with a lid and give it a couple of minutes for the shells to slightly open.
Add in Santa Monica Seafood Garlic & Herb Butter and season with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Cover and let it continue to cook until the butter is melted (about 3-4 minutes).
Serve in a bowl and garnish with a wedge of lemon and chopped parsley.
