Ingredients:
2 pcs. of 4oz Albacore Tuna
2 Tbsp. olive oil
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
4 slices of sourdough bread
1 handful of fresh arugula salad
Wasabi Soy Spread Ingredients:
3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
1 tsp rice vinegar
2 tsp soy sauce
½ tsp toasted sesame oil
½ tsp wasabi paste
½ tsp sugar or honey
Pickled Radish Ingredients:
10 whole radishes, thinly sliced
1/2 cup white distilled vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp salt
1 cup hot water

Directions:
- Pickled Radish: In a small bowl or jar, add hot water, vinegar, salt, and sugar. Stir until salt and sugar are fully dissolved. Add sliced radishes, mix, and then set in the refrigerator for about 30-minutes to an hour.
- Wasabi Soy Spread: Combine all wasabi soy spread ingredients and set them aside in the refrigerator.
- In a bowl add soy sauce, olive oil, and parsley. Mix and then add Albacore Tuna making sure to coat all sides. Place on a hot preheated grill and cook for about 2 minutes per side. At the same time, grill your sourdough slices for about 45 seconds to 1 minute on both sides. Then take off the grill and place it on a plate.
- Add the wasabi soy spread on top of each grilled slice and half a handful of arugula followed by the pickled radish. Remove cooked fish from the grill and place it on top. Cut the sandwich in half and serve with mixed greens or French fries.
