1 lb Bay Shrimp
8 oz Santa Monica Seafood Pesto Butter (find this inside our refrigerated aisle)
4 Naan or any flatbread of your choice
1/3 cup fresh basil leaves
¼ cup Sun-dried Tomato in Olive Oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Pre-heat the grill making sure the grill grates are clean and seasoned.
- Spread pesto butter on top of naan bread and then top it with cooked Bay Shrimp, sun-dried tomatoes, salt, and cracked black pepper.
- Grill and cover for about 2-3 minutes until the naan bread is lightly golden brown.
- Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
