Ingredients:

Fresh in-shell abalone, cleaned
Santa Monica Seafood Garlic and Herb Butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Melt Santa Monica Seafood Garlic and Herb Butter in a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Using a brush, generously coat the cleaned abalone in the melted Garlic and Herb Butter mixture. Ensure that the butter seeps into the shell.
  4. Place the buttered abalone directly on the grill grates, shell-side down. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and tender. Baste the abalone with additional Garlic and Herb Butter during grilling.
