2 Herb Marinated Swordfish Steaks
Olive oil (for grilling)
Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Lightly brush the grill grates with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  3. Place the herb-marinated swordfish steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F and the fish flakes easily.
