Pan Seared Halibut

Here's a quick, easy and tasty recipe you'll love making over and over.

Ingredients:

Herb-marinated Pacific halibut fillets
2 tablespoons butter
1 lemon (zested and juiced)
Fresh parsley or dill (for garnish)
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Sear the Halibut: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add a little olive oil if needed. Sear the herb-marinated halibut fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flaky.

Make the Lemon Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, lower the heat and add the butter. Once melted, add the lemon juice and zest, stirring to combine. Cook for just a minute to warm through.

Plate and Serve: Transfer the halibut to a plate, drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the top, and garnish with fresh herbs.

Pairing: Serve with a side of sautéed asparagus or a light salad and maybe some quinoa or rice.

This recipe is quick, elegant, and really lets the marinade shine! Enjoy!
