Ingredients:
2 ea 5oz Salmon Portions
1 ea orange, sliced
1 cup orange juice
½ lemon, zest and juice
¼ cup pure honey
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
½ tsp chili powder
Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a small saucepan combine orange slices, orange juice, lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, soy sauce, and chili powder. Bring to a light simmer and turn off the heat.
- Line the baking dish with parchment paper and place the fish. Take about 2-3 tablespoons of the orange glaze and brush it over your fish and then season with salt and black pepper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cooked depending on the thickness of your salmon.
- Plate fish with slices of your orange slices as garnish and spoon over more reserved sauce right before serving. Enjoy!
