Honey Citrus Glazed Salmon

Serves: 2


2 ea 5oz Salmon Portions 
1 ea orange, sliced 
1 cup orange juice 
½ lemon, zest and juice 
¼ cup pure honey 
2 Tbsp. soy sauce 
½ tsp chili powder 
Salt & Black Pepper, to taste 


Cooking Instructions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 
  2. In a small saucepan combine orange slices, orange juice, lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, soy sauce, and chili powder. Bring to a light simmer and turn off the heat. 
  3. Line the baking dish with parchment paper and place the fish. Take about 2-3 tablespoons of the orange glaze and brush it over your fish and then season with salt and black pepper. 
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cooked depending on the thickness of your salmon. 
  5. Plate fish with slices of your orange slices as garnish and spoon over more reserved sauce right before serving. Enjoy!
