2 (6oz-8oz) Ōra King Salmon portions
1 cup fresh basil leaves
3 sprigs of fresh thyme, stems removed
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon white vinegar
Pinch of salt and black pepper
1 cup olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- In a small blender, pulse fresh basil leaves, thyme leaves, lemon juice, lemon zest, white vinegar, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Pulse until the herbs are finely minced, ensuring the sauce isn't fully emulsified. Set aside.
- Lightly season Ōra King Salmon portions with salt and pepper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your liking.
