2 lbs jumbo or colossal size White Shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 Tbsp. olive oil
3 oz. butter, melted to about 6 tablespoons
1 Tbsp. fresh Sage, chopped
1 ea. whole lime, juiced and zested
2 cloves of garlic, finely minced
salt and black pepper, to taste
- In a small bowl add melted butter, sage, lime juice, lime zest, and garlic. Mix and set aside.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and then add the olive oil and Shrimp. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper and let the Shrimp cook for 1 minute on each side.
- Add the melted butter mixture and sauté the shrimp for about 3-4 minutes or until cooked.
- Plate and serve with a side of roasted corn, pasta, rice, or salad. Enjoy!
