1 lb Salmon fillet
1 jar pesto of choice
1 sheet of puff pastry dough
8 spears of asparagus
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
- Cut salmon and pastry sheets into 4 even sizes.
- Add 1 Tbsp. of pesto diagonally onto the puff pastry and top it with 1 piece of salmon and 2 spears of asparagus.
- Secure the purses by bringing in one corner of the puff pastry and overlapping it with the opposite corner.
- Place on a baking sheet and cook in the oven for about 20 minutes.
