1 lb. Shell-on Shrimp, deveined
4 oz. Santa Monica Seafood Garlic & Herb Butter
1/2 lemon, zested and juiced
¼ cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped
salt and black pepper, to taste
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt garlic and herb butter and then add in lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix and set aside off the heat.
- In a large skillet, add 2-3 cups of water and let it come to a boil. Season the water with a pinch of salt and add in the shrimp.
- Cook the shrimp for about 1-2 minutes per side. Remove any extra water from the skillet and then add in your garlic butter. Mix and let it continue to cook for another 1-2 minutes. Enjoy over rice or pasta!
