Shell-On Shrimp with Garlic and Herb Butter


Serves 2


1 lb. Shell-on Shrimp, deveined 
4 oz. Santa Monica Seafood Garlic & Herb Butter 
1/2 lemon, zested and juiced 
¼ cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped 
salt and black pepper, to taste


  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt garlic and herb butter and then add in lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix and set aside off the heat.
  2. In a large skillet, add 2-3 cups of water and let it come to a boil. Season the water with a pinch of salt and add in the shrimp.
  3. Cook the shrimp for about 1-2 minutes per side. Remove any extra water from the skillet and then add in your garlic butter. Mix and let it continue to cook for another 1-2 minutes. Enjoy over rice or pasta!
