2 ea. 8oz Steelhead Trout Portions
1 Lemon, zested and juiced
1/2 cup of olive oil
1/2 lb. of Roasted Corn Salad - from our deli case!
1 Tbsp. Flat Leaf Parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper
- Preheat the grill making sure the grill grates are cleaned and seasoned.
- In a small bowl whisk together lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Lightly flavor your fish with salt and pepper and then grill each side for about 2-3 minutes. Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of your Steelhead Trout.
- Scoop the roasted corn salad and plate it at the base of your dish and then top it with your fish. Spoon over some lemon oil and enjoy!
