Spicy Tuna Patties with Couscous

4 ea. Spicy Tuna Patties 
1 ea. Pita Bread; cut into 4 portions 
1 ea. Lemon; cut into wedges 
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil 
1 cup Couscous 
12 oz. Santa Monica Seafood Ultimate Stock 
4 oz. Santa Monica Seafood Garlic and Herb Butter 
Salt and black pepper; to taste 


Cooking Instructions: 

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, add the stock, garlic and herb butter, and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Bring to a boil. 
  2. Turn off the heat and then add in couscous. Cover with a lid and let it steam for about 7-10 minutes. Fluff with a fork. 
  3. In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, add oil and then carefully place the four tuna patties. Cook for about 2 minutes per side. 
  4. Plate your dish with couscous at the base and then top it with your patties. Serve with pita bread slices and lemon wedges. Enjoy!
