2 (6-8oz) Swordfish Steaks
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano salt and black pepper, to taste
- Preheat grill on high heat.
- To make the dressing, start with a medium-size bowl and combine lemon juice, 2 teaspoons each of salt and black pepper, dried oregano, and extra virgin olive oil. Whisk until completely mixed and set aside.
- Cook Swordfish on the grill for about 3 minutes per side. (Depending on the thickness of the steak, cook longer if needed)
- Plate Swordfish with your choice of side dish and then spoon the dressing over your fish. Enjoy.
