Swordfish Sicilian Style

Serves 2


2 (6-8oz) Swordfish Steaks
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano salt and black pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat grill on high heat.
  2. To make the dressing, start with a medium-size bowl and combine lemon juice, 2 teaspoons each of salt and black pepper, dried oregano, and extra virgin olive oil. Whisk until completely mixed and set aside.
  3. Cook Swordfish on the grill for about 3 minutes per side. (Depending on the thickness of the steak, cook longer if needed)
  4. Plate Swordfish with your choice of side dish and then spoon the dressing over your fish. Enjoy.
