
Bake:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place the cedar plank with salmon on a baking sheet. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Grill:
Note: Soak cedar plank in water for at least 1 hour (up to 24 hours) before using.
Preheat grill to medium heat. Place the soaked plank directly on the grill grates and add salmon on top. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook for 15–18 minutes until salmon is opaque and lightly charred on the edges.
Skillet:
Not recommended for use with a cedar plank.
Air Fryer:
If your air fryer fits the plank, preheat to 375°F and cook salmon on the plank for 14–16 minutes until cooked through.
Serving Suggestions:
Steamed vegetables and wild rice pilaf.
