1/2 lb Albacore Tuna Fillet
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds
1/2 lb Traditional Coleslaw or Chinese Coleslaw (find these inside our deli case!)
Salt & black pepper
Chives, chopped (for garnish)
Miso Dressing Ingredients: (Combine, mix and set aside)
1 Tbsp. Miso Paste
2 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Toasted Sesame Seed Oil
1.5 Tbsp. Honey
1. Pat Albacore Tuna dry and then coat with sesame seeds.
2. Heat skillet on medium to high heat with olive oil until just smoking and then carefully place crusted fish. Cook for about 1 to 2 minutes per side and then remove from skillet to a cutting board. Slice to about 1/2 an inch thick.
3. Plate your dish with coleslaw at the base and then top it with Albacore Tuna. Finish with a drizzle of miso dressing, chopped chives and enjoy.
