INGREDIENTS:

6 lbs Shell On Jumbo Shrimp
6 lbs Black Mussels
½ cup Crab Boil Seasoning
2 lbs Red Potatoes; halved
5 ears Fresh Corn; cut into 3 pieces
1 lb Smoked Sausage; cut into 1” thick pieces
3 sticks Butter (can replace with margarine)
1 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning
2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
3 tsp Lemon Pepper
2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 ea Lemon; cut into 6 wedge pieces
2 Tbsp Tapatío Hot Sauce (or keep it original with Louisiana Hot Sauce!)
8-10 cloves Garlic; coarsely chopped

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large pot of boiling water carefully add crab boil seasoning and potatoes. Cook for about 10-12 minutes and then add corn and sausage into the pot. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add Shrimp and Mussels to the pot of boiling potatoes, corn, and sausage. Cook for 10 minutes until shrimp is just done. Turn off the heat and then drain out all the liquid inside the pot. Set aside.
  3. Add butter, Cajun seasoning, cayenne pepper, lemon pepper, paprika, hot sauce, and garlic in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer until the butter is fully melted and turn off the heat.
  4. Pour the sauce over the boiled ingredients and gently mix. Plate your dish with lemon wedges and serve hot.

Enjoy.
