PREPARATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\nPreheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix lemon juice, olive oil, and melted butter in a shallow bowl and set aside.\u00a0In another shallow bowl, mix almond meal, spices, salt and pepper. Set next to the lemon juice mixture. Pat fish\u00a0fillet dry. Dip fish in the lemon juice mixture then dip in the almond meal mixture. Shake off excess almond meal.<\/p>\n
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a oven safe skillet over medium-high heat . Add fish and sear on each side to give it some\u00a0color, but do not fully cook (about a minute on each side). Remove pan from heat. To the remaining lemon juice\u00a0mixture, add the minced garlic and mix. Drizzle all over the fish fillets.<\/p>\n
Bake in the heated oven until it begins to flake easily with a fork (7-10 minutes should do it, but begin checking\u00a0earlier). Remove from heat and sprinkle chopped parsley.<\/p>\n
