Place the fish in the skillet and give it a quick shake to loosen the fish from the skillet. Cook for 2 minutes and place the entire oven safe skillet in the oven for 7-8 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>4.\u00a0 In the meantime, roast vegetables with olive oil and season with herbs of your choice.<\/p>\n<p>5.\u00a0 Plate heated curry sauce and swirl it around coating the bottom of the plate.<\/p>\n<p>6.\u00a0 Lay roasted vegetables on top.<\/p>\n<p>7.\u00a0 Remove the Monkfish and plate on top of the vegetables.<\/p>\n<p>8.\u00a0 Add a small bit of curry sauce on top and garnish with chopped chives.<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy!<\/p>\n[\/vc_column][\/vc_row]\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row padding_top=&#8221;0px&#8221;
