Seared Ahi with Tropical Relish

2 (6 oz) Tuna steaks
4 oz fresh mango, diced
4 oz fresh papaya, diced
4 oz fresh cucumber, diced
4 oz fresh strawberries, diced
1 oz paprika
1 oz Cajun spices
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 oz brown sugar
3 oz soy sauce
2 oz rice wine vinegar
1 oz fresh ginger, diced
1 oz water

In a large bowl, mix together brown sugar, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, ginger and water. Mix all fruit into the bowl.

Coat Ahi steaks with paprika, Cajun spices and salt. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté Tuna steaks in olive oil for 2 minutes on each side.

Remove from pan and slice into 1/8-inch portions. Place sliced tuna on a plate and top with fruit mixture.
