Garlic and Herb Butter Lobster Roll

Simple Brown Butter Lobster Roll Recipe x

1 lb cooked lobster meat
2 ea brioche hot dog buns
1 Tbsp. Butter
8 Tbsp. Santa Monica Seafood Garlic and Herb Butter
1 clove of garlic, minced
2 lemon wedges
Salt and black pepper
Garnish: green onions and chives


  1. In a skillet over medium to low heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and toast your bread. Remove and plate.
  2. Using the same skillet, melt the garlic and herb butter on medium to low heat and then add in the minced garlic. Stir for about 5-10 seconds.
  3. Add in your lobster meat, a pinch of salt, and black pepper. Warm it up for about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Assemble your lobster meat into your brioche roll and finish it with chives, green onions, and a spritz of lemon. Enjoy!
