1 lb cooked lobster meat
2 ea brioche hot dog buns
1 Tbsp. Butter
8 Tbsp. Santa Monica Seafood Garlic and Herb Butter
1 clove of garlic, minced
2 lemon wedges
Salt and black pepper
Garnish: green onions and chives
- In a skillet over medium to low heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and toast your bread. Remove and plate.
- Using the same skillet, melt the garlic and herb butter on medium to low heat and then add in the minced garlic. Stir for about 5-10 seconds.
- Add in your lobster meat, a pinch of salt, and black pepper. Warm it up for about 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble your lobster meat into your brioche roll and finish it with chives, green onions, and a spritz of lemon. Enjoy!
