4 ea Spicy Tuna Patties (you can also use Spicy Salmon Patties)
1ea Small Purple Onions, thinly sliced
2 cups Baby Arugula
1 ea Tomato, thinly sliced
1 jar Santa Monica Seafood Tartar Sauce
4 ea Burger Buns
- Pre-heat grill on high heat and season with oil to avoid patties from sticking to the grill grates.
- Brush a little oil on both sides of the Tuna patties and carefull place it on the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes and then flip to cook an additional 3-4 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- To plate your burger, add baby arugula on top of the bottom burger bun followed by tomato slices, Tuna patties, sliced onions and a dollop of our Santa Monica Seafood Tartar Sauce.
