Loch Etive Steelhead Trout Poki with Santa Monica Seafood Mango Salsa


2 lbs. Loch Etive Steelhead Trout
1 bottle of SMS Poki Dressing
1 cup of SMS Mango Salsa
1/2 ripe avocado
cilantro, chopped



1. Chop the Loch Etive Steelhead Trout into half-inch cubes. Try to remove as many tendons as possible. Place the cubes into a mixing bowl.

2. Pour half a cup of SMS Poki Dressing into the bowl making sure to coat all the cubes of fish.

3. Mix in the SMS Mango Salsa from our retail deli.

4. Using the backside of a knife, gently cube the avocado in the shell. Take a spoon and run it along the skin removing the avocado from the skin. Gently mix the avocado without mashing.

5. Place in a serving dish, serve with chips and enjoy!
