Loch Etive Steelhead Trout Poki with Santa Monica Seafood Mango Salsa

Ingredients:

1 lb Loch Etive Steelhead Trout
1/2 cup of Santa Monica Seafood Poki Dressing
1 cup of Fresh Mango Salsa, from our Deli Case
1/2 ripe Avocado, cubed
2 Tbsp. fresh Cilantro, chopped

Directions:

1. Cube Loch Etive Steelhead Trout into half-inch sizes and place in a bowl.

2. Add Poki Dressing and mango salsa into the bowl and mix. Then add avocados.

3. Place in a serving dish and top it with cilantro.  Serve with chips and enjoy!
