1 lb Argentine Red Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 pk (8.8 oz) Tiberino Italian One-Pot Black Spaghetti “Marinara” with Capers & Paprika Pasta
4 cups of water
parsley or cilantro, garnish
4oz Santa Monica Seafood Garlic and Herb Butter
salt and black pepper, to taste
- In a large nonstick skillet, boil water and add shrimp. Let it cook for about 1-2 minutes and then strain out the shrimp only leaving the water still inside the pot and on the burner.
- Once the water comes back to a rolling boil, add in your pasta, and cook for about 10-12 minutes. (Add a little bit more water and cook it slightly longer if you prefer your pasta softer). Stir occasionally to make sure the pasta doesn’t stick.
- Once the pasta is cooked, add in your shrimp and garlic, and herb butter. Mix for about 10 seconds and then turn off the heat. Garnish with parsley or cilantro and enjoy!
