½ Cup Olive Oil
Lime Juice, from 2 Limes
2 tsp Chili Powder
¼ Cup Cilantro, fresh chopped
Marinate the Tilapia Fillets with Olive Oil, Lime Juice, Chili Powder and Cilantro for
10 to 15 Minutes.
Remove from marinade and place on a hot grill or skillet for 4 to 5 minutes per side.
Remove from heat and let the fillets rest for a few minutes. Then flake with a fork and build your favorite tacos.
