2 6oz Cod portions
1/2 bottle of Santa Monica Seafood Seafood Marinade
1 Tbsp. Canola oil Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Place the Cod in a baking dish and season with salt, black pepper, and seafood marinade making sure to coat all sides of the fish. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 5-10 minutes.
- Pre-heat a non-stick skillet on medium-high heat and then add the oil. Cook your fish for about 3 minutes on each side.
- Plate your Cod with a side dish of your choice and then garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
